Sergio Ramos said he would welcome Neymar with open arms at Real Madrid following the Brazilian’s world-record switch to Paris Saint-Germain.Neymar made the move from Barcelona to the French capital this summer in an eye-watering £198million deal which took football world by storm. And, following reports that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has met with Neymar’s father to discuss a move back to Spain, Ramos has fanned flame.’I like to have the best and it’s clear Neymar is one of them,’ Spaniard told Cadena Ser.’Maybe it was easier for him to go to PSG, instead of directly to Real Madrid.’They are personal decisions, you never know what can happen because football goes around a lot.’I already have the door open for him if he wants to come. I also have a good relationship with him.’

Neymar, who has 11 goals in 12 outings for his new club, would be seen as a long-term replacement for Ronaldo who turns 33 in February. It is reported that the forward has been left ‘completely unmotivated’ playing for PSG outside the Champions League  even skipping  clash with Angers in favour of resting up for Brazil duty. There are also fears at PSG that the Brazil international could be tempted to return to Spain if they fail to win major honours this season. For now, though, it is understood Neymar is happy in France and is bidding to win silverware in his debut season in Ligue 1.The French side have moved to make him feel comfortable and it is believed he is settled in the dressing room, forging close relationships with fellow Brazilians Dani Alves, Marquinhos, Thiago Silva and Lucas Moura. His performances have played a key part in their positive start to the season, with PSG four points clear at  top of Ligue 1.They are also top of their Champions League group, winning all four of their matches including the 3-0 thrashing of German giants Bayern Munich.
