Kate Beckinsale reunited with her ex-partner Michael Sheen to attend their daughter Lily’s graduation from the Harvard-Westlake School in Studio City last Friday. The 43 years old SAG Award nominee and the 48 years old Golden Globe nominee beamed with pride as they posed with their 18 years old princess, who’s already been accepted to her college of choice New York University. Annual tuition costs $35,900 for Harvard-Westlake, which counts Shirley Temple, Candice Bergen, Tori Spelling, Jake & Maggie Gyllenhaal and Lily Collins as alumni. At one point, the silver bearded Welshman had a laugh trying on Lily’s graduation cap and later her orchid lei for the cameras. It is unknown what the not so typical teenager’s major will be when she moves to Manhattan. But she previously acted alongside her mother in Underworld: Evolution (2006), Click (2006), and Everybody’s Fine (2009). Kate (born Kathrin) and Michael enjoyed a warm, chaste hug at the educational festivities, having amicably ended their 8 year relationship way back in 2003. London born Beckinsale first met Newport born Sheen in a touring stage production of Anton Chekhov’s The Seagull in 95′.

The Underworld, Blood Wars stunner, sporting a perky ponytail, later snuck off for a smoke while clad in a glamorous beige silk gown and mirrored shades. Lily looked leggy in a plunging white play suit and grey heels beneath her graduation robe, while the Passengers actor looked leisurely in his white linen suit and grey T-shirt. The nepotistically privileged brunette later shared a post graduation Instagram snap at dinner alongside her ‘ride and dies.’ Noticeably missing was Michael’s girlfriend of 3 years, comedian Sarah Silverman, who dazzled Diane Keaton’s AFI Tribute in a Stop Staring Clothing ‘Billion Dollar Baby’ dress in LA on Thursday.

The 46 years old Emmy winner recently joked that Sheen was her ‘on/off boyfriend’ on Jimmy Kimmel Live! because he moved back to England around the time Lily turned 18 years old. Meanwhile, Page Six reported that Kate was heavily ‘flirting’ with Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt’s Jon Hamm at the Los Angeles premiere of his film Baby Driver on June 1. The Love & Friendship actress, who’s divorcing her husband of 11 years Len Wiseman, made a point to hashtag 46 years old Golden Globe winner that same night to her 1,7M social media followers.

Hamm has also been single since splitting from his own partner of 18 years, Jennifer Westfeldt, in 2015. This Friday, UK audiences can finally catch Sheen as Philip Cohen in the political thriller Norman, which also stars Richard Gere, Steve Buscemi and Dan Stevens too. And Beckinsale will next play a mistress called Johanna in the drama The Only Living Boy in New York, hitting US theaters August 11, with Pierce Brosnan, Jeff Bridges, and Callum Turner.
