In the paperwork obtained , Chyna said that Rob turned physically abusive on April 17 when she asked him to stop trash-talking her in front of her 4-year-old son, King Stevenson.

“I can say whatever the fuck I want!” she claims Kardashian shot back before reaching for her phone so she couldn’t call King’s dad, who also happens to be the ex-boyfriend of Kardashian’s younger sister Kylie Jenner.

“Rob immediately grabbed my phone and pushed me to ground by aggressively shoving me by  side of my arm and hitting me on the thigh,” Chyna told in her statement to  court.“I fell down from  blow to my thigh and could hardly go for a while after that. It left a bruise where he hit me,” she told.

“Rob has been violent with me in the past and I am scared to be around him,” Chyna told in her statement. The model and former exotic dancer told that she never gave Kardashian permission to  post the nude photos of her that he shared during his online outburst

Kardashian, 30, shared  three naked photos of Chyna to both Instagram and Twitter during his Wednesday meltdown, justifying his abusive actions with claims the reality star had cheated on him.He also said that he paid hundreds of thousands of dollars on jewelry and the alleged body surgeries for Chyna while accusing her of consuming drugs and alcohol while under the same roof as their girl.

Nude images were scrubbed from Kardashian’s Instagram  before his entire account was suspended. He then moved his tirade to Twitter and shared the photos again.Twitter took the images down as well, but Kardashian’s account was not deactivated.

“Just sad. Loved Chyna as my wife and accepted all wrong she did and continued to ride for her and remain Loyal to her. Never did I cheat,” Kardashian tweeted Wednesday. “But she couldn’t remain loyal and cheated and fucked way too many persons and she got caught and now this is all happening and it’s sad.”

California law defines revenge porn as an picture of an “intimate body part of another identifiable person, or an picyure of that person engaged in sexual intercourse, sodomy, oral copulation or masturbation that is released without the victim’s consent … with an intent to inflict emotional distress.”

Bloom — in a restraining order case involving allegations of revenge porn — said The News earlier this week that she believed Kardashian had violated California’s revenge porn laws when he released the nude photos.”Criminal penalty is up to 6 months in jail,” Bloom told Wednesday, before she was hired to represent Chyna.

“If she sued him for money damages, the amount she received would depend on emotional distress she suffered. Given that he has a large social media following, if jury was sympathetic to her, she could recover millions.“ Kardashian, you are now on notice: revenge porn is illegal,” Bloom told in a statement Friday. “Cyberbullying  ex is harassment. Chyna ended  relationship months ago and she has the right to live as she chooses, work as she chooses, dress as she chooses, date who she chooses, and be intimate with who she chooses.

Kardashian and Chyna began dating in  2016 and were engaged three months later. Dream was born in November, and they broke up in December, according to Chyna’s statement to the court.

“What Rob has done is called ‘slut shaming’ in social media,” Chyna told in her filing. “It is used by men to degrade and shame a woman after the couple breaks up.”

She told slut-shaming is “another form of harassment and a very public way to degrade and debase a former girlfriend.”Chyna wants the court to block Kardashian’s harassment and “cyber-bullying,” which she called his “revenge for (her) dating other men.”

And she wants orders prohibiting his release of her private images, her home address, her medical history and images of her children.  she also wants him to stay 100 yards away from her at all times.
